The system your business actually runs on — bookings, records, payments and the work behind them.

Most of what we build is not a website. It is the system a business opens first thing in the morning: the reservation book, the patient record, the rental ledger, the till.

That work starts by watching how the job is done now — the spreadsheet, the paper diary, the four-hour afternoon of retyping — and then removing the part that leaks time or money. A dive centre in Mykonos cut no-shows from 23% to 3% because payment moved to the point of booking. A ski shop tracks every rented pair by serial number because that is how the kit actually comes back.

What you get

A working system, not a prototype
Built on Laravel with an admin your staff can use on day one, in Greek where that is what the floor speaks.
Payments that settle themselves
Stripe payment links generated from a booking, with receipts and payment status tracked without anyone retyping them.
Calendars that agree
Two-way sync so every device shows the same schedule and the same slot cannot be sold twice.
The numbers you never had
Where bookings come from, when the peaks are, what is owed to whom — reported from the system rather than reconstructed.

How it runs

  1. Step 1

    Sit with the current job

We work through how it is done today, including the parts nobody writes down.

  2. Step 2

    Build the smallest useful system

The piece that removes the most manual work first, in use before the rest is built.

  3. Step 3

    Fit it to the season

Tested against your busiest period, not a quiet Tuesday.

  4. Step 4

Hand it over and stay reachable

Your team runs it. We keep it running.

Questions we get asked

Will it work with the systems we already have?

Usually, yes. We integrate through APIs and webhooks where a system offers them — Google Calendar, Stripe and website forms are the common ones. Where a system offers nothing, we will say so before you commit rather than after.

Who owns the software?

You do. The code is yours, and so is the data in it.

What happens when something breaks in August?

That is the month it matters, so it is the month we plan for. Support arrangements are agreed before launch, not improvised during your peak season.

Can our staff use it without training?

That is the test we build against. The admin is plain, the labels are in the language your floor speaks, and the screens follow the order the job is already done in.
